AFRICAN MODERN ART
The African Modern Art organization was developed to teach and help support under privileged, Tanzanian youth by upholding their basic human rights, giving them opportunities and helping them to fulfill their life potential within the community they live in.
AMA Organization was founded in the year 2006 by Talented artist Saidi Mbungu in township of Bagamoyo located 75 km North of the Tanzania capital of Dar e salaam. This area has been integral part rich artistic history throughout the past centuries. AMA was the one of the first community based learning centers in town.

PROJECT BACKGROUND
Bagamoyo as with the most Tanzanian is a home of to many disadvantaged children, children who have either lost their parents or have been abandoned , and some of whom live on the street. AMA organization offers a refugee to vulnerable adolescents and future hope to those who have joined the program.

FUNDING REQUEST
The African Modern Art organization respectfully request funding for all students for the upcoming school year to cover their living and educational expenses. To coordinate donations or other contributions please contact the African Modern Art via email address: amap.bagamoyo@gmail.com
ALLOCATION OF FUNDS
Your charitable donation will help facilitate one or more of the following:
A) The purchase of food supplies to serve two meals a day,six days a week to total number of 80 children currently enrolled in the program throughout the year 2017.
B) The purchase of school uniforms to enrolled students.
C) The purchase of much need school supplies, exercise books,pens,pencils,erasers,and other educational resources.
D)Payment of teachers monthly salaries.
E)Purchase of materials for volunteers working at the school.
D)Payment of running expenses,building rental fees, electricity,water etc.
G)The purchase of fabric and other supplies for the sewing workshop,one of AMA vocational learning schools.
